How do I upload documents to an Electronic Credit File (Application, Account or Live Report)?


You can navigate to the account/application ECF, to which the document needs to be uploaded.(Available for customers with Account Manager or Decision Maker modules. Additional fees apply)

1. Select to upload a document 2. Enter the title of the document, description of the document, specify the visibility, and select the document to upload. 3. Select to submit the upload of the document.

This feature is only available to customers who have licensed the Account Manager or Decision Maker modules.
